The knobs can so EASILY turn on just by barely touching them. Its a scary problem. We also have to reset the whole unit constantly so we can use any temperatures that are not 350 degrees. I would NOT recommend this unit and they will not help with the unsafe knobs. I couldnt imagine having kids around this unit.

Our LG stove oven is less than nine months old. So far we have had four warranty calls on it and presently are awaiting another warranty which will make it five to repair the stove. Investing that much money and having five warranty calls in nine months is Uncalled for

I bought this about a month ago. I used it for a lot of cookie baking initially. I found the timing needed for my cookie recipes was a bit different than my former oven. The racks fit so tightly in the oven that they are actually scraping the sides of the oven when moving them. The other issue is you most definitely need to keep the oven locked when not in use because it has been accidentally turned on several times once causing a plate that was sitting on the stovetop to break.

We have had for a few months and we are trying to get used the the new technology that comes with this range. I would love to see them add some illumination to the number pad and buttons.also we have had some issues with getting pizzas to cook on the bottom. Not sure what is going on but we have cooked them a few different ways and still the bottom doesnt get cooked.

Purchased in June 2022. Here is my critique:
The blue interior is lovely The cooktop black/electric is challenging to look clean. Microfiber cloths work best.
1. The oven racks move smoothly on their own but once you put your pans/casseroles in good luck They do not operate smoothly and because of the weight on them it is scraping the sides of the oven now damaged Ugh
LG sent new racks thank you but they really are not a better fit too tight.
2. The dials for the cooktop need to have a clearer contrast between the dial and the knob dial. Very difficult to read and I have a well lit kitchen.

Bought over a month ago have used it a lot. All cooking features are exemplary. But control panel is not backlit- I have to shine a light on it to see what I am doing. And personnel in store Lowes did not know the differences between models. Research LG website before you buy.

Home Depot does not advertise the range correctly. The features section claims the ocean has a temp. sensor Lighted Knobs. It does not. The delivery crew was four men that had not been trained. The stove top is delicate. You need to read the instructions that come with it. They tell you the glass will scratch easily... Also you can get the same oven without the touch light for 300 less.

I have spent my time learning about the various features of the range and have not used all of them yet. I will say that the cooktop cooks evenly and I love the ability to use the full eye or only a portion of the eye when using the cooktop. Cleanup has been easy.

I bought four LG appliances at the same time so it is a little overwhelming to learn all the features of each one. So far I am pleased with the the range. I havent used all the features yet. Thats why I rated it as good. The WIFI knock twice feature and slide in range look are all quite impressive. On the other hand you have to be careful when standing in front of the range because if your body touches one of the knobs it turns the stove on and you may not be aware of it. There is a lock for the knobs but I feel that they should be a lot less sensitive. The numbers on the knobs are very light and hard to read. I feel that is an issue that should be addressed.
Overall so far I am pleased with all my new LG appliances.

Im very happy with this product having used it for several weeks now including the air fryer. The only think I will mention is that the dials which are located on the front of the range are quite sensitive and take only a very light touch to activate. Small kids need to be supervised around this range for this reason.

Let me start to preface that I am a baker and this oven has been a nightmare to bake with. I bought this oven in April of 2022 and have been struggling with since I purchased it. When setting the oven at 350 Fahrenheit the oven would continue heating passing 450 Fahrenheit. I have called LG 3 times to have my oven looked at and was told to just fidget with the temperature to reach my desired temperature for baking. That means even if I set the dial at 350 I would an indoor oven thermometer to make sure the inside is also 350 which is not feasible. I have had a couple technicians come out and the best they could do was change the computer board which did nothing. They tried to change the calibration through manufacture setting but that only allows a 35 degree change. This oven is very defective in design to start with. When backing the bottom of any item stays raw and top always burns.

The range is great so far. We have not tried the air fryer yet. The handles are on the front so get the Vadiff Silicone Gas Stove Child Safety Knob Locks | Oven Knob Guard get two packs because there are 6 knobs. It will keep it safe from large dogs or small kids knocking the knobs and turning things on.

This Range is awesome It has so many different settings for the stove top and the oven works great. I have never had a range that had so many options. I love the convection oven. I also appreciate not having a lower element--it makes for much easier cleaning.

The range is very good looking seems to work very well. Oven temp seems accurate. Smooth top is still hard to clean like all smooth top stoves. No advances there. Would have liked to use the App but the required info and contractual nonsense was more than I was willing to put up with. My stove will stay off the internet I opted to register my purchase by mail.

I enjoy my LG range the way it looks and the features... such as the light coming on when you knock on the window convection bake air fryer having different sized elements within one larger size.Elements on the range heat up fast sometimes a little bit hotter than I would like and the oven pre heats quickly. To keep the top-of-the-range looking great you need to use the stove top cleaner often. Recently I noticed the oven temperatures were off and I contacted LG its still under warranty and someone from LG came out rather quickly - spent time to re regulate the oven temperature and replace a part. I was satisfied with the service however I hope this is not a harbinger of things to come with my oven temperatures especially since I love to bake and accurate temperatures are a necessity. Overall Im happy with my purchase.

We purchased this oven as part of a kitchen remodel. We love the variety of cook top spaces and use the air-fry feature. My only issue is with the markings on the knobs. Unless you have light directly overhead you can not read the writing on the knobs. Even with the fan light on above the range you cannot make out the markings on the knobs Very frustrating. Also if you reach above the range you can accidentally brush the front knob and turn on a burner Safety concern

This range cooks great. But if you barely brush the knobs as you walk by it turns the heat on. We accidentally turned the eyes on 7 times in less than a week. Its a fire hazard and really poor design. Ive seen the same complaint from several others.

I have only been using this range for about three weeks and have been quite satisfied with how it performs. Getting it right before theChristmas cooking and baking season made me a bit concerned that I might have problems learning how it works best for my usual recipes and cooking style. I neednt have worried as I figured out how to use its features to my best advantage. The Pro-bake convection oven works great and provides a very even and fast baking for breads pies and cassaroles what we have made in it since it arrived. The Easy Clean function works well too. The knock-on-the glass to view the oven contents has worked well. We have not used the air fryer function yet so still have to figure that out.
We have only used the two front burners and the warming spot on the range top and all work well. It has taken a little experimentation to determine the best settings for the two burners that have different heating options. We are getting the hang of it and have had no problems. I had read reviews that the glass surface was hard to keep clean but we have followed the recommendation and clean the surface regularly as well as when it specifically needs it with a cleaner specifically made for glass range tops and have had no issues.
All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase of this range and are glad we replced our twenty year old limited feature range with this LG.

The front three ring two ring burners are good work well. Need to think about which pan/pot to use to make sure it covers whichever burner needed. The control dial for both front burners is EXTREMELY HARD to read for which ring youre turning on. The oven heats up quickly have used convection oven roast both work well. The air fry option is ok. Need to look up almost every time what rack level is needed for whatever is being baked broiled roasted etc. Stove top has to be cleaned every time you use it. The oven is almost the same way need to wipe it out after every use. Quick clean is quick not easy or simple.
