They were delivered the day after Thanksgiving. Had a difficult time figuring out how they both ran as there was no user manual provided. requested one several times on line and finally got a reduced version of the instillation manual. Finally figured out how to run the machines but the dryer is now shutting itself off after about ten minutes of use on the Permanent press and Delicate cycles. Washer works well.

We recently purchased this dryer and so far it has been great. Its features and panel are easy to use and setting up the app was easy. I like that it will notify me when the cycle is done in case Im not within earshot to hear the melody. I was a little concerned after reading reviews saying the that the lint filter can pop up and get stuck on clothing. If you take care not to let the lint build up cleaning it after every cycle then it wont collect underneath the filter. This is where the lint would build up and cause the filter to not fit in flush. The filter does a great job collecting all of the lint but I do keep a small flashlight in the laundry room to take a quick peak inside when I remove it just to make sure theres no buildup. If I do notice something that I will just reach in or vacuum it out with an attachment. I hope this helps some folks in case they are wondering about the bad reviews on the lint filter.

Have always enjoyed LG products. We own Tvs cell phones ever since they came out. And this is our first LG washer dryer stackables. Havent yet used the Wi-Fi settings am looking forward to using that option. My only hardship was not noticing that the dryer didnt have a drum light. We were just excited of our purchase that we didnt think about it.

Ive used the dryer several times since the purchase and am extremely happy with the quality and results of the dryer operation. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dryer and or washing machine check out the LG DLE3600V dryer and the LG WM3600HVA front load washer.

My last LG dryer lasted over 10 years and I gifted it to my friend and still working. My replacement LG was installed and quit working after 63 days. Factory service vendor came and parts needed to be ordered. Waiting on parts hope this isnt an omen of whats to come with the latest model.

Overall nice washer and dryer very quiet and seem well made only gripe I have is when either the washer or dryer cycles are finished the chime sound is not loud enough for me to hear cant find anyway to increase the volume.

The dryer is great. Seems to work as advertised. Disappointed it didnt have a drum light. Not sure why a drum light is optional in this price range. Packaging seems to have changed. Cant get a confirmation from LG. Seems that the plastic film on the glass door for both the washer and dryer is no longer included. I cant be sure. Wish I could get an answer.

The multiple settings are extremely helpful and the built-in sensors allow for maximum efficiency. we looked around at many sources but purchasing directly from LG was by far the best choice both for value delivery efficiency and timing. We bought this washer due to the many washing options including a steam cycle. It runs quietly. So far it has been a good machine - still learning how to use the different options. The only thing that is a little frustrating is that I havent been able to get the wi-fi connection to work with my phone.

Service man has been here 6 times to repair Washer Dryer. The dryer continues to display an Error Code D 80 and D 90 indicating a restriction in the vent pipe. Had the vent pipe checked it is clear no restrictions and its less than 15 feet long. They have replaced the heater sensors and main board. It still doesnt work. Seeking a refund from LG.

Having bought the combo washer dryer because it was what was available rather than our first choice. With so many mixed reviews on reliability and indpendant repair specialists specifically saying they do not like these machines because they are not always simple to work on and parts can sometimes be an issue so we made sure we bought the LG warranty. Its eye opening they ask the public to review on a bramd new machine not after a couple of years experience....Anyway its Brand New so you hope its going to be okay. Its quieter and more roomy than our last Frigidaire model washes and dries okay as a combo and the combination stacks and fits in more or less the same footprint as our old one. So thats all good. The only thing obviously less good is those large sideways doors are awkward if fitting in a confined space whilst the design of the washer being accessable lower down than a top fill washer design can be more awkward. You have to bend right the way down to empty and the drum goes back a a lot further for that larger capacity which comes with a disadvantage in access with this design compared to a top loading machine which isnt that obvious when youre looking in the retailers rows instore. So TIME will TELL. Have an LG television which is great. But then as so many of the specialist reviewers from within the repair trade have said when you get into it in more detail LG should have stuck to TVs.....who knows ask me to review again in another two years LG.....and Ill tell you honestly whether it was a good purchase. After 21 days its too soon to say so Im saying its Okay but the jury is out
